PROJECT SYNOPSIS
New 83,140 square foot student apartment housing facility. Facility included four stories with 34 six-person apartments. Also included multiple community areas, small coffee shop with snack bar, study rooms, laundry facilities, mezzanine with a large room for a classroom. Meeting space and stage areas included lighting and sound capabilities for performances.
