PROJECT SYNOPSIS
The existing sixty-five year old, 24,500 square foot building was extensively renovated to be re-tasked from a library facility into a multi-use building. Building included office spaces, conference rooms, large meeting rooms, and casual lounge spaces. Design included complete replacement of the existing electrical and mechanical systems, and a complete revision of the interior floor plan to accommodate the new purpose for the building.
