Jon is the newest member of EDA’s leadership team. Having practiced mechanical engineering since 1995, and having been licensed since 2001, Jon brings years of varied design experience to the mechanical engineering team. This includes projects in education, agriculture, health care, bio-research, institutional and government facilities. Jon brings value to the design team and is able to serve the client by providing detailed, innovative and well-thought-out solutions that meet the clients’ needs.
A Little About Me:
Question: If you weren’t an engineer, what profession would you be in and why?
Response: Farming, because I enjoy being outside, physical labor, working with plants and animals and running machinery. Living on an acreage gives me an outlet for this passion. When our kids were younger, my wife and I fed about 1,500 hogs per year from wean to market and had a small market vegetable operation.
